Host and Executive Producer

Viviana Addo is a real estate finance, infrastructure, and investment professional focused on the intersection of capital, development, and the built environment.

Her career spans institutional asset management, affordable housing, development, investment sales, and structured finance across the U.S. and Latin America. She currently serves as a Structured Finance Fellow at RDF, supporting underwriting, credit analysis, due diligence, and loan structuring for affordable housing transactions.

She is also the Founder and Managing Principal of VMCASA, where she originates and structures infrastructure-oriented real estate opportunities at the intersection of land, energy, and digital infrastructure.

Previously, Viviana helped oversee a multi-state portfolio exceeding 3,500 units and worked across financing, refinancing, capital planning, development, and asset management. She was also part of the ownership and development team behind the $383.6 million Frederick Samuel Apartments PACT transformation in Harlem, a 664-apartment, 42-building NYCHA portfolio.

Viviana holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance & Investment from NYU Schack, where she serves as NYU Alumni Ambassador. She is also an Adjunct Professor of international real estate and development.
