Viviana M. Addo brings together global leaders shaping the future of cities across real estate, development, infrastructure, and capital.
Growing Cities brings together the people actively building the future of cities — infrastructure developers, capital allocators, urban policymakers, and community leaders who sit at the intersection of systems, investment, and long-cycle urban growth.
Growing Cities brings together the people actively building the future of cities — infrastructure developers, capital allocators, urban policymakers, and community leaders who sit at the intersection of systems, investment, and long-cycle urban growth.
Each conversation examines the real decisions behind infrastructure, housing, capital formation, governance, and long-term urban value. The show moves between continents and disciplines because the most important urban systems do.
Growing Cities holds a conviction: the future of cities is not built in boardrooms alone. It is built at the intersection of capital and community, between global markets and local territory, between what investors need and what people deserve. Every episode holds both sides of that conversation.
Host and Executive Producer
Viviana Addo is the host of Growing Cities and the founder of VMCASA S.A.S., a Colombian infrastructure development company developing the Caribbean Corridor Platform — a purpose-built digital infrastructure platform on Colombia's Caribbean coast designed to serve sovereign institutions, multilateral bodies, and hyperscale operators across the Americas and West Africa.
With over thirteen years of institutional experience spanning Cushman and Wakefield, Lemor Development Group, RDF, and an independent infrastructure origination and development practice across the United States, Latin America, and West Africa, Viviana works at the intersection of sovereign capital, infrastructure governance, and the connectivity corridors shaping the next decade of digital development.
Her largest transaction at Lemor Development Group was a $384 million mixed-use, mixed-income development across 42 buildings in Upper Manhattan, financed with Goldman Sachs tax credit lending — a deal that required the creation of a new small district and sophisticated community engagement as a precondition for execution.
Growing Cities began as a conversation about how cities grow — the capital, the governance, and the human decisions behind the built environment. It has evolved into a platform for the practitioners, investors, and policymakers who are building the infrastructure that makes that growth possible — not just within cities, but across the corridors that connect them.
Viviana is based in New York.
